I have two containers with baby kale and chard from
the farm. It was a cold night and I covered them up to keep the day’s warmth. I
enjoy container gardening. Don’t need an acre for my needs and I love to go out
and cut leaves, bring them in, and use them. Can’t get any fresher than that. I
had two spinach leaves on my pita, hummus, and veg roast sandwich. First full
day of vegan foods.
