What I found was something that I already knew.
People want to be heard and so do I. Yesterday I gave my full attention to
everyone who wanted to talk. It didn’t matter that I didn’t get to say anything
because my goal was to be there providing what they needed. The Platinum rule
is a good one for shedding ego and finding that I didn’t need their attention.
Everyone has a story that needs to be told.
